HARBIN, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) -- Harbin, located in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, one of China's traditional industrial bases, has been harnessing digital and intelligent technologies as a key pathway to upgrade its traditional industries in recent years.

From 2021 to 2025, the city has invested a total of 500 million yuan (about 69 million U.S. dollars) to support local enterprises to carry out technological transformation, with an average 20 percent annual growth in such investment.
