Forbes says Gates no longer the world's richest

who gives a toss? A rich man cannot eat more than a poor man, cannot be in more than one place at once, cannot drink more than a poor man, so what is the point of his wealth? If he has it it means a bunch of poor people are going without, in a world of limited resources

The supposedly richest people in the world are not Bill Gates or Carlos Slim who have to MAKE money.

The richest (loosely speaking because they create money to the major extent out of nothing) people in the world are the people who CREATES (PRINT PAPER MONEY WITH OR WITHOUT COLLATERALS, ETCETERA)! And they are the private banking dynasties like Rothschild, Rockefeller, Kuhn, etcetera (they are all MASONS).

Since Slim is the riches man in the world he need to dish out that money to the poor wet back that are trying to cross the border for work. Or he might be the one that benefits all the money being send back to Mexico by the the illigal workers her in states because he owned the biggest money exchanged company in Mexico. If he give the poor Mexican worked jobs than they do not need to cross the border for works.
